Dear sir, i am having mobile bearing no. 9931549849 of airtel from jharkhand circle. On 09/09 they had automatically activated few services like Masala pack, Cricket pack, &twin packs & for this they had charged Rs 10 from my account balance without my consent & when i complained this to customer care they assured me that they will return back the amount and deactivate the services, but they failed to keep their words. So sir, please look into the matter &ask them to return the amount which they had illegally charged.
