For wrong balance charging

I m vikas.my no. is 09973035676.i don't know whythis comapny cut my balance.when i call the customer care, they don't give any information.most of time they cut my balance, and they don't give me information.if i call them twice or thrice in a day or most of time a single call, they closed my customer care service.please help me, if u can.i m in deep problem
