Dear Sir,
I have been an airtel user for 5 months. I previously had used airtel from 2007. But from the last 3 weeks, every time I try to make any call, the network goes to ZERO. Whenever I call customer care, they keep me on hold for 15-20 minutes saying that they are transferring the call to a certain supervisor.
I would be obliged if this matter is looked into. As I have been making calls and continuously losing balance, but I haven't had a proper conversation with anyone.
I do not ask for a refund. What I ask is that this network problem be solved immediately.
