I am airtel service customer having lifetime valadity prepaid account on my cell 9867141966. I had availed your 63 recharge scheme in the last month on 17th September offering 40 paise airtel to airtel and 60 paise airtel to others for two month;s period. After two days I had recharged with Rs. 88 full talktime option. But I got less recharge from you. I tried to ensure about the problem by visiting to your mulund airtel gallery but didnot get any help as they said that they could not furnish information regarding call details. Again yesterday only, I recharged with Rs. 205 full talktime option. I made four calls after recharge not exceeding 10 mins. max. period for which you deducted Rs. 40 from my account. I tried to communicate this problem through sms and asked for customer care executive's contact no. But I didnot get any help from your side. If you are not interested in solving your customer's problems, I would like to discontinue your service henceforth. Please do not provide any of your services otherthan incoming & outgoing calls on my cell without my permission. I hope I will get positive feedback from your side as early as possible. If possible please provide my prepaid account charges details for last two months.
