Airtel pre-paid
Improper communication

I have been using an airtel pre paid connection -98402 80254.

Recently i received a message indicating Rs.180/- Talk time for Rs.160/- re-charge.

It talked of 30ps per min for A2A and 50ps per min for other mobile.

there was no mention of SMS charges. I was earlier charged 0.10 per SMs now this has been raised to 0.50 per SMs.

How can this arbitrary increase be done without intimation.

This amounts to cheating the customer.
