Dear sir,
I Dinesh kumar Tiwari has been a costumer of airtel india for the last five years.
In my mobile without my permission the "friends chat" service has been activated one month earlier and Rs 30 was deducted from my account. After that incident i had complained. Then after that i had a call from your executive and with his advice i had deactived the service but now on 9 Nov still Rs 30 has been deducted.
I want to know that is it like that only you are making fool to people.
Your costumer care executives doesn't reply sincerely and the disconnect the call without solving our problem. This type of rude reply doesn't suits to a reputed company like your's.
In short I am totally fedup with your service and if it would be like this the soon I will be switching to other service providers.
