Airtel prepaid sim not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have bought a Airtel Prepaid Sim No. 8991970811001427671, Alloted me phone No. 9897850888 from Kisan Traders, on 27.10.2009. 8-9 days its run sucessfully, but after that a message came that your sim is blocked. I have many times visited to M/S Kisan TRaders, but it still not working. Now I have not any option to go Consumer Form.
