I am a Airtel prepaid customer having 9501880785. i bought this connection from one of there retailer. I am facing a lot of problem from the very first day. They barred service on next day having reason that you have not submited required documents but i have submited the same at the time of purchase of sim to the retailer.still i dopisted the required documents at there customer relationship office sector 35-c Chandigarh they told me that your services will be resumed in 3 days but they failed in there commitment & I visitd over there so many times there response is very dispointing told me that it's better to havenew connection, some how they start my number after 10 days but from that day till now i aaam not able to send text massege from my number I complainted for the same so many times on customer care but they are failed to solve this also.after that i am shocked when today they stop my services without assigning any reason when i checked my balance it shows you are not a vallid prepaid customer.using airtel is a worst experience in my life beware of them
