Loss of tariff validity of five months due to an anonymous recharge

Respected sir,

my mobile number is 9944659811.. By 20th november an anonymous recharge of 64 was made to my mobile without my knowledge.. There was no responsible answer from the authorities about this recharge.. Due to this i have lost my tariff validity of about five months.. I request you to take immediate action regarding this and to get back my tariff validity for those five months
