After one and half month, my Airtel SIM is not activated by your customer care. I have contacted customer care on several times personally, but nobody helped me. I meet with a gentleman named Sanjeev Sandalbar at your Customer Care Centre situated at Gandhi Maidan, Patna, who also not helped me. He misbehaved me and suggested that I can apply for other mobile connection like BSNL, Aircel or Reliance, but not Airtel. In getting Airtel connection, there is lots of problem. Sir this attitude will harm on your company reputation. For activation of SIM, one and half month is too much sir.
I want to know that what is my fault and why your local people not cooperating me?
Sir, after all I may be your valuable customer and this is your duty to help me in getting my connection activated.
Kindly enquire in this matter and take appropriate action and fix a responsibility and accountability to that person who involved in this whole episode and inform me accordingly
