I am having problems accessing NOP SERVICE on my phone from 1st Dec 09 for that I have contacted several time to 121 and 198 numbers some of your executives are saying that NOP service has been withdrawn for all customers (NEW AND OLD) and some saying that the service is still active on your connection as I had never requested to stop the service so your NOP service is currently active because my service was active since last year 22nd Feb 08 and it was running very well untill now but as I am having problem accessing it since last 3 days so I had called to 121 but they are unable to help me. My call has been on hold for more time to talk to senior Cust. Care Executive but he was also unable to help.
So I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and do the needful for me at the earliest.
