DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES

Had sent a request to stop all promotional communication (Reference No. S1003294290) on my Airtel Mobile on 12 Dec. But still I am receiving such type of calls and SMS’s. I had also spoken to THIER customer care executives but they are unable to process that request till 15 Feb while it should be stopped within 45 Days from 12 Dec.

I am very much fade up with their poor services...!
