I had already posted a same complaint on 12-12-09 and get a reply and a phone call from [email protected] that Please contact to customer care at 121 and 198 and register a complaint. my 121 and 198 had been barred from my first complaint i.e. 1st Dec 09. For your kind information AIRTEL has a system on their CC Number YOU CALL THEM AND MAKE COMPLAINT, Your number can never make contact to 121, 198 for follow-ups because it has been barred for your number. ANYWAY my complaint has not been resolved untill now I had already sent a mail to 121, nodalofficer, appleate, airtelpresence but all are not responding to mails or phone calls now where to go and whom to complain that is very big question. AND AT LAST I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GIVE ME PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE OPERATOR FORM AIRTEL TO ANY "OTHER" BECAUSE I HAVE NO WAY and TIME OTHER THAN THIS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION SMS FROM MY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MY NOP DEACTIVATION FROM LAST 25 days.
PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED FROM THESE TYPE OF REPLIES FROM VARIOUS SOURCES.
