My name is Febin Lal. I am from Kerala. Now I am studying at Coimbatore (GRD College of Science). I am using an Airtel prepaid card here. while taking the sim my plan was "students plan" which takes Re 1/day. Inorder to change this plan I send plan changing code STUD365, but those were not working as it tells " invalid keyword". So called Customer care and told the problem. They told to send it again and again..but no use..after two week they told the complaint is send to TOP and with in one week the problem will be solved... but even after two weeks the problem is not solved...
I am also having a Kerala Airtel sim (9895019627), but I didnt face such a negligence from them, when I faced such a problem, it was solved with in 24 hrs.
I suggest airtel (Coimbatore) to change the name "Airtel customer service "
as " Airtel CUSTOMER IRRITATING SERVICE" ..because they cant solve a simple problem.
