Alance deduction

Without my doing or subscribing any services on my mobile phone this is 3rd instance where my balance get reduced on its own previously in july & another case in oct and now in jan my balance get reduced due to activation on my my mobile connection and rs 20per week in case of july, Re1 per day in october' 2009 & now again in jan10 respectively..

this cause me wastage of my time & due to this i was unable to concentrate on my studies.

i need solution
