Airtel Prepaid
Amount deducted without any balance

Respected Sir,

I had performed the prepaid recharge on my number 9818116291 through my bank account with a denomination of Rs 398/- using SMS recharge, after a while I got an SMS that request cannot be processed at this time, but the amount had already been deducted from my SBI account. I called customer care but they aren't bothered at all. Please help me with the same
