my mother has airtell prepaid cellphone no. 9878326733. she always tell us that her balance is deducted without any calls.she has bsnl land line. she does not need to make calls from cellphone.we bought her cellphone for safe side in case she is away from home so we can contect her. but last week she found that her phone is not working.showing a massage thatSIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.she went to her dealer

.he told her that youdid not recharged since2month.but she charged it on feb 28.and has balance 117rs.please look into matter .and help me she is old and iam living for away .thanks
