Despite of bringing such facts of irregularity "Airtel" doesnt take any action. Nor does the customer service calls back with the progress of the case or how does it intend to resolve the issue. In cases where customers are lured / trapped for getting immediate recharge to seek the benifit of double talk time etc loose out the money alredy paid to the Airtel by means of promos during that specific duration. How pity, such organisations take the customers for a ride and they find several ways to avoid querries and usurp the customer pockets.
