I am using airtel prepaid mobile from last 3-4 years with GPRS service. I have faced a lot of problems with their service from last 2 years. Recently I made an advance payment of Rs.98 against my monthly GPRS rental on 16th march. From the next day Airtel discontinue my GPRS service after recieving an advance payment, Even I have called their customer care executives (121, 198 & 12118) six time in last 3 days but they unable to satisfy me. Now I make a request for refund my payment & planing to change my operator coz I am unable to use my GPRS service from last 4 days... GIRISH JOSHI 9634273314
