I am holding a prepaid connection and landline, my prepaid number is 9945725574 and my landline connection number a/c no 13627412. I have recharged my mobile on friday 13/06 for Rs333/- used Rs 4/ and change and was travelling to Ooty for a important business trip. The balance showed zerro and incoming & out going calls have been barred. i immediately called customer care and raise a complaint. On action was taken. On monday I reached bangalore and again launched a complaint and i was told the money will be refunded by 3pm which didn't happen. I called the customer care and raised the complaint up to the manager level like a parrot they kept say we will be able to refund only.By 18/6, but they agreed to they have encounter a technical problem but not will to refund the money. The manager with who i spoke was kumar who had disconnect the call again I called the customer care wherein Agent James called I am expressing my fustration no empathy and no concern at all. So what i conclued is that using Airtel is unsafe any you balance can vanaish for no reason and even if you raise complaint it will taken care.
If my money is not credited by tomorrow I am going to sue Bharhi Airtel in the consumer court.
I am claming compensation for the delay.
