Poorest Service and no customer care action

No Doubt, that Airtel has the cheapest service which helps its customers to continue with their services.

But on the other hand, the service provided by them is even more cheaper.

Customer care also does not respond to the complaints that are being lodged-this, only if in the first palce the customer is able to connect to the customer care which is itself difficult.

The Network is always jammed and the complaints are never taken care of.

The Airtel MMS Service is another non functional service. Whenever an MMS is sent Rs.5 is deducted from the account, but neither is the message sent or received. Even MMSes received cannot be viewed.

Low rates are the only reason why people are using Airtel today. Or else there is no other good reason.
