Airtel Prepaid
Deduction of balance from my prepaid connection

Dear sir/Mam,

My Rs.49 had been deducted from my balance. After talking to customer care ex. Rs. 25 had been credited but still Rs. -24 remaining. I talked to customer care ex. 4-5 times, they committed me to give response with in 24 hrs. but they fail to do the same.
