1. I am a postpaid customer from Haryana. I have noticed the outgoing calls are charged by airtel from the time ring starts passing and not from the time it is being picked up. Is company right in doing so? I think no other service provider is doing it.
2. I subscibed for daily GPRS on 21 Aug 08 at 2017 hrs and sent a request for deactivation of service 1950 hrs. The confimation was received at 1953 hrs for deactivation, but still I was charged for 2 days of usage, again a wrong practice.
Plz clarify.
