I have prepaid connection with 9974384664 No But you are cut my balance with-out any outgoing call or use any service

I have recharge my account on 04/09/08 with Rs30 till now there is only 9Rs Balance i have make only one outgoing call during 4/09/08 to 05/09/08

Why you are cut my balance
