I had taken an Airtel Prepaid connection (Phone No-9895711983) as early as on14-08.The connection was activated on 15-08. But neither incoming calls nor the outgoing calls facilities are not yet provided. I had entrusted with your agent at Cherthala my identity details (Copy of Voters ID Card) as early as on 14-08 along with my Photograph. Please attend the complaint and cure the defect at the earlist.
