i am operating this from past two and a half years, i am deeply unhappy
with airtel service, because now a days their network is very bad,
As i was calling to airtel customer care these people is not responce properly, & they are telling the stories that our network is under? upgration, I don't think for upgrating the network they don't need months together, as I am working in Bangalore International Airport the network is very bad? here so that i am loosing lots of my currency.
as Airtel have introduce Song Catcher, I tried to use that facility it was successful, my currency balance also debited, but after just three hours later my hello tune was changed to the tune of airtel, so I called airtel customer care around fifteen times Mr. Mani kanta is not responded properly he just disconnected the line it was happened several times with airtel customer care executive, one of airtel Executive told that my correct hello tune Will be reactivate within 24 HRS but it was not happened so this is too ridiculous from Airtel that we have not getting proper service from airtel end.
I think even & then we pay the amount to all these services, airtel is not reaching to our service
Yesterday onwards i am not able to talk with airtel customer care also because of they blocked it.
I hope you will work it out on all of your services to the best.
