Airtel prepaid campas card
Deduction Of acess Outgoing call Charges

Hi

I Vipul Rangani having an Campas Airtel Prepaid Card No 9987714829, my outgoing call charges under campas scheam is 0.10 paise for my campass member but Airtel is deducting 0.40 paise for my outgoing call charges.

I have loged camplain to customer care by calling 121 for more than 15 times but still my problem has not being solved.

Therefore i request you to please look in to this matter urgently and take some immediate action.
