Not getting changed my planned

I m chetan R.Pande, from nagpur (INDIA),

MY MOB NO. Is 9960494669

Last days I was activated your airtel prepaid scheme plan i.e. 30 paisa A2A

& 50 Paisa on other mob, there was 2 RS/- daily deduction and now I want to deacivate this plan, and that's why i am requested for changed my plan but i m not getting resposnse from customer care this is my 23 th complaint to airtel (1st from email, 22 from mobile) but till not changed my original plan (i.e. LIFETIME plan) so plz do it fast and give me response from urside, don't make harrasment, otherwise I have only one way i.e taking some Ligal action about ur company...(final way)...

so please sir do it fast...
