My mobile number is 9867598038. Its a life time prepaid card. On 20th March I applied for the Hello tune, I got a message from Airtel (6782) saying that You have been charged Rs.15 for the song.your caller will now hear Genda Phool as your Hello tune.
But, no hello tune has been loaded on my phone and money is deducted.
I called the customer care for the problem, they assured me to solve the problem within 24 hours.
On 26th March again I got a mail that, you have been un subscribed from Airtel Hello tunes service.
Again I contacted customer care on 26th March they again assured me to solve the problem within 24 hours.
Again I received a message on 26th March from 6781, stating that " Thank you for subscribing to Hello Tunes service. you have been charged rs 30 for 30Days.
But, again no hello tune has been activated, and the amount deducted.
Once again I contacted the customer care, again I was assured to solve the problem within 24 hours, complaint ref . no.0328597101.But nothing works.
Today on 02nd April again I contacted the customer, he assured me to solve the problem,
My hello tunes were activated, but again I was charged Rs 30 for the Hello Tunes.
Please don't harras the customers like me and arrange to refund the monet illigelly deducted as soon as possible.
