I have been using my Airtel prepaid card for the last 2 years. But the last year has proved poor and low quality service of your prepaid card. he reasons are ..
1> Many times amount has been deducted without any reason.
2> Poor network in Navi Mumbai area.
3> Many people complains my no. is NOT reachable then what is the use of MOBILE phone.
4> I have lost many important calls why???
5> Who would pay for the loss which I have to suffer when someone is not able to reach me on my no???
6> Why customer service number is NOT reachable???
7> Please reply me to my email id... I am really fed up with this number if I had not given this number to many people I would have replaced this f**king card...
