I am Airtel prepaid customer from pune. It is ironical to state that I made complaints several times to customer care 121 about the wrongful deduction of amount from my airtel connection mob n.-9975689637 but all my requests fell to a deaf ear and the concerned authorities are not serious at all at my grievances. Here are the details of illegal deductions :
Rs 15/day daily is deducting frm 18 feb frm my phone everyday even after sending messageto stop the service GPRS.
It is mentionworthy here that whenever a complain is lodged with Customer care, they say that "It is due to System hav internal Problem or remote called problem". I am at a loss after all and the amount had been deducted without using service n make them to stop service which shows at large the deficiency in services from Airtel counterparts.
You are therefore, requested to look into the matter and give suitable instructions to the authorities concerned and add the above mentioned (wrongfully debitted) amount to my balance at your earliest failing which I shall have to knock the door of Consumer Forum. Awaiting your response.
