Its been 3 years i am using airtes services.but from last oct. i am having problem related to free msg services.i have not subscribed any services but 30rs. amount was deducted from my number.i called up on 9829012345 and inquired about this and got an ans that they have no details related to any diduction from my amount.after that in every 20to 25 days i file my complain but did not get any ans.evey month i get msg from 64611030 number i got 30 rs.cut from my number.i even went to customer care office in my city and was assured that this service will get deactivated in 24 hours..but nothing such happned. every month i am charged 30rs. for some services which i dont know.and no one is answering to my complaint.
