I had downloaded a malayalam ringtones from rediff mail on 27th may and the cost for the ring tone was been deducted from my prepaid account and got the confirmation msg stating that the ringtone will be received shortly... still not received the ringtone. Called 121 and spoke to CRE Santosh and he said that he cant give any information about why the cost is deducted and told to call after 24 hours. Airtel callcentre are the worst call centre i suppose... the Customer CARE Executive dont care for the customers. They just want to wrap their calls as fast as they can and then could sit idle and chit chat.
