I have an airtel prepaid card. I have recharged A2A STD pack of Rs333 by paying Rs 222 on 12th Aug. It should be valid till 12th Sep (30 day validity). On 19th Aug, the amount has reduced to 0. While calling customer care number 121, it asks me to call 198 for complain which is non-existant. I am able to contact customer care after a couple of trials (they disconnect the phone after automed voice messaging system for couple of times). Customer care executives asked me to call later, as the application is not running. He did not agree to keep a complain and look at the same. And disconnected the connection.
