Airtel prepaid cell phone
Wrong deduction of a/c balance

Dear Sir,

I am a Airtel prepaid consumer of Jamshedpur in the state of Jharkhand. My cell phone number is 09931568129. Today Rs.30/- has been debited from my mobile phone account balance for subscription of "on demand service for music & jokes". But I have never requsted to subscribe for such service. The above service has been activated without my permission. I could I get refund/credit the said amount in my cell ph a/c.

Please take necessary action for such kind of mistake.
