I have been receiving one sided ‘SMS’ from Airtel (HELLO TUNE) services (since few months) what I always keep on ignoring (with out bothering same), but now I have been noticing regular deduction of money from my A/c (mobile no.9810266869) which is really surprising to me and disgusting as well.
Then, I contacted customer care of Airtel (No.9810198101) and asked to revert back all the money deducted in this ground so far by describing entire dissatisfaction in this issue.
But, I yet to receive any positive reply or action in favor of me.
Therefore, I would like to request you to please look into this matter on priority basis at the earliest.
