Dear Sir,

I have purchased a new airtel connection (prepaid) and the no. is 9502325778 on 28th May. Since then I am unable to receive any calls from the landlines. The matter was complained to your customer care executives @ 121 on 29th atleast 3 times. But even after 2 days, my problem stands unresolved.

I am not only disappointed with the quality of service provided by Airtel, but also disgusted with the service support extended by Airtel. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate both the quality of service or Airtel and Service Support at the lowest 1.

I already have a feeling that I have done a mistake in selecting Airtel as my preferred service. If my problem is not resolved immediately and satisfactorily, I would be constrained to seek cancellation of my connection and seek complete reimbursement of the money paid, in addition to seeking compensation for the harassment and inconvenience experienced by me.

I hope to look forward to redressal of my grievance on priority basis.
