Unauthorized deduction of talktime

Dear and Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a septugenarian having one Airtel lifetime connection that I continue to utilize as and when required.

I gather that every month an amount of Rs.30/-(Thirty only) is being deducted from my account. I fail to understand why this amount is being deducted as because I have never ventured to avail any kind of facilities that calls for charges other than talktime.

Kindly help me get rid of this unnecessary deduction.
