Dear Sir,
I have requested for "Mobile Office GPRS" connection in my Air Tel Prepaid ocnnection on 08/02 evening. They had assured that they will get my GPRS connection active immidiately and they will charge for that Rs. 249/- rental (pre month).
But till Today I didn't det any activation information and also the GPRS setting for my Mobile phone, althow they had Deducted Rs. 249/- as rental for "Mobile office GPRS" from my balance. I had SMS as "MO" to 2567 several tiems.
I have talk to several times to the Air Tel customer Care Exicutive person, I have sent SMS to 121 (They told me to SMS to 121 and they will take care of my problems within 24 hours) bu after 48 hours and more I didnot get any SMS, Call or any positive response from their end.
Air tel customer care exicutive always taking time as 24 hours, 36 hours, 72 hours and harrasings me.
I am feeling hopeless please do something.
