Airtel Prepaid Connection
Discontinue Value Added Service from My Prepaid no.9958068545

I Govind Prasad Arya using prepaid connection of Airtel no.9958068545. Whenever I recharge my phone, its automaticaly some amount deducted so I had called 3-4 times to customer care for discontinue the value added services and they said sir we have forwarded your request and now onwwards no money will deduct from your connection whenever you recharge next time BUT nothing has happened. Money is deducting always whenever I recharge my phone. Kindly, please look into this matter. Thanks and regards, Govind
