Unwanted deduction of charges

Sir,

today on 14.12.2008 at 05:38 p.m. suddenly I got a message on my mobile no 9935687388for deduction of last call cgarges Rs. 92/-

I'd complaint about my problems on 121but I didn't got any proper response.

deduction of 55 Rs which is totally not currect.

I want to Know This deduction is for what reason?
