Disgusting Promos

Dear Sirs,

I have on numerous occasions visited Air Tel office and requested that all PROMOTION CALL'S and MESSAGES to be bared on my mobile no 09849028802.Every time i am given assurance that it will stop but till date i keep receiving Promo calls and messages. To my disgust 90% of the promos i receive on a daily basis are from AIRTEL.

How do i stop this nuisance. Please help me with a solution
