I am using my airtel no since past 5 years, but since last 6 months i am totally irritated with the company as every month the Mis Call Alert service gets activate and Rs 15 is charged to me. for the first time i inquire about and the Customer Care executive guided me about how to deactivat it. then onwards every month the same thing is repeating again and again. every month the same service get renewd and Rs 15 is charged from my account and i complaint. Every time the C.care Put up request for stoping this nonsense but the same continues. this month also tonight at 1.32am the subscribtion renewed and Rs 15 is Charged.
