Deduct Rs. 30 and not responding the complaint no. 3030216438700

On 25th Feb. Deducted Rs. 30 from my balance and send SMS to me that u r Caller tune renewal fee deducted. I have been call to Customer care dated 02.03.2009 (12.10 PM) and got a complaint no. 3030216438700 and she committed me that u r balance refund Rs. 30 within 24 hrs. but I did get my deducted amount till now.
