I used ICICI Bank Online to recharge my phone. Amount has been deducted my account but it is not yet credited to my cell phone.
I received an SMS from airtel that due to some technical problem it could not recharge this time, how ever they accepted the money.
I agree some times there could be few problem in systems. but WORST PART IS...
I have been trying to call their customer support number which no one picks up .. Me and my wife have tried at least 40 times.
on their website they say write email to [email protected].
I am writing daily emails but no reply.
I searched for escalation channer an through their website found the email of 'Nodalofficer. [email protected]' as an authority ot escalate the matter.
Unfortunately this guy is also not responding. I received one email from him that he will do some thing, but no further emails from him inspite of daily remainder ..
I have been searching google ..
But can any one give me some email ID or phone number of any higher authority in airtel mobile like 'Customer Support Head' or so?
