SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS I M CONTINEOUSLY SENDIND SMS TO 511 REGARDING DEACT GPRS, THE REPLY IS "YOUR REQUEST IS BEEN PROCEEDED N U WILL RECIEVE CONFORMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. NEXT DAY AGAIN THE ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY 14.99. WHEN I CALL THE COSTOMER CARE TO LOUNCH A COMPLAINT THE NOTEDOWN THE COMPLAINT N THE REPLY IS PRESENTLY SERVER IS DOWN CALL AFTER SOME TIME, IT IS REPEATED. NEXT TIME THE REPLY IS UR COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED UIT WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHIN 48 HOURS AND ALSO UR BALANCE WILL B CREDITED BACK, BUT USELESS.
