Dear sir,
i took an airtel prepaid connection on 15/06 after submitting the valid documents, photos and form. it was activated on 17th june. then after twenty days now my connection is barred from outgoing and incoming and when talked to the customer care it says that the documents have not reached them. my submission is that without documents verification no service provider is supposed to give connection and if airtel had done that then the documents should have reached them. now they are asking for resubmission of documents for activation. i want my connection to be restored and an apology for the nasty customer service.
