I have postpaid sim airtel no. 9897592467, now i convert in prepaid sim before one month & summit id proof ration card copy and a photo, whose demand by airtel dealer kasganj U P . but after a month my no. closed and messeged that "sim registration failed". I go for dealer say that he says yr document has not reached at upline but they agreed we have sent it with written letter. but till now my phone no. is not start.i requesting you please do check it.
