This is not the first time I have become victim of automatic money deduction from my prepaid connection of my mobile without my notice.
I come to know only when I check my balance from time to time by calling on toll free "*123#". To my surprise I found my balance is low from my last day balance, as I know I have not make any outgoing call from my mobile, so Where is the amount deducted?
When I call customer care executive, he told that you have activated "value added service" on your mobile. This is something surprizing me as I have not done any kind of activation. From Executive I come to know that "job-alert" service is activated.
This is rediculous! As I am retired Govt. servant for more than 10 years and my present age is 70! Do I need job alert? The service charge is Re 1 everyday.
Moreover, Sometime back Airtel automatically activated "Hello Tunes" without bringing to my prior notice on my mobile and they deduct Rs 30 per month.
When I ask Airtel executive about Why do you activate this service without bringing to my prior notice? I got a reply that you may have ask? And, on denying that I have not asked for any kind of service, I got a reply from Airtel executive that - Now tell me what you want to do? continue or deactivate it? Surely, I want to get it deactivate because my hard earned money is getting WASTED by all such non sense.
When I ask customer care executive about the refund, He reply me that they will not going to refund any money.
I want to take strict action against Airtel Fraud!
