Airtel prepaid mobile service
No outgoing allowed after recharging of prepaid service

In India, Airtel has become worse service provider in mobile connection. I have converted my mobile service from post paid to prepaid service and the mobile was charged with Rs.298/- life time plus Rs.111/- call service recharge and Rs.59/- power recharge. Two days have been passed but the outgoing connection has not been restored yet and the balance amout is Rs. 104/- from Rs.111/-. Please help me.
